The Olive Room Team

John Cairns and Thomas Carr himself make up the intricate kitchen team at The Olive Room. John has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in many of North Devon’s finest restaurants before settling at The Olive Room with Thomas. The duo work in complete unison - this being recognised when Thomas received his Michelin Star in 2016.
